CresSoft Inc.

In 1992, Vic founded CresSoft Inc., a software services firm from Pakistan to export software to Fortune 500 companies in the USA. Under Vic’s leadership, CresSoft became known for setting new standards in the tech industry. Based only on funding of $ 500,000, in four years built an organization of over 250 professionals, $10 million in revenues and top tier customers including MCI, US WEST, Time Warner, North West Airlines, American Airlines, and Philips Semiconductor etc.

Vroom Technologies

In 1999, Vic founded a software products and services company in the area of Customer Relationship Management and Sales Force Automation exclusively focused on the telecom market. Assembled a team of technologists and put together a business concept document to attract capital and talent. Raised over $3 million angel funding from Silicon Valley, then raised another $20 million of funding from Silicon Valley Venture firms that included Accel Partners, Infinity Capital, Raza Foundries and Redwood Ventures. Familiarized Vroom with top notch VC firms in the Valley and got funding interest from a number of firms. He also raised over $8 million in Sub Debt and lease lines from Venture Banks including Silicon Valley Bank, Comdisco and GATX.

Playpal Inc.

In June 2016, Vic embarked on a new journey as a Co-Inventor and later Board Member at Playpal Inc. A healthtech startup with operations in the U.S. and China, focused on community health improvement. Here, he led efforts in health and technology, leveraging the power of gaming to transform healthcare and wellness. Vic’s approach was impactful in reshaping the future of digital health.

Innovation Pavilion

Driven by a passion for innovation and nurturing talent, Vic founded Innovation Pavilion in November 2011. A Denver-based incubator nurturing an entrepreneurial ecosystem. This community hub serves as a catalyst for startups and entrepreneurs, providing them with the resources, support, and connections needed to thrive in today’s competitive landscape.

Advisory Leadership

Vic’s influence extends beyond entrepreneurship. As a Member of the Governor’s Advisory Council, he has lent his expertise to multiple Governors of Colorado and Mayors of Denver, advising on matters of innovation and economic development. His insights have helped shape policies that drive growth.
